# Pricing — Paycall.me

Paycall.me is a marketplace, not a subscription product. There is no plan to choose and
no monthly fee. Creating a creator profile is free; Paycall earns a percentage of what a
creator earns. Every price a fan pays is set by the individual creator, so there is no
single price list for buyers — the price is on each creator's profile at
https://paycall.me/{username}.

All amounts are in US dollars.

## For creators — what Paycall costs

- The 12% fee is deducted from earnings, before taxes, refunds and other applicable
  deductions. It is not charged at sign-up and not charged on deposits.
- Earnings appear in the creator's wallet immediately and can be withdrawn after a
  21-day pending period. The waiting period exists because a card payment can be
  charged back weeks later.
- Earnings funded entirely by crypto deposits are released without that waiting period,
  because a stablecoin payment cannot be reversed.
- Minimum withdrawal: $20. Maximum 3 withdrawals per day. Processing time 2–10 business
  days. KYC verification is required before a payout.
- Only earned balance can be withdrawn. Deposited credit is not withdrawable.
- Payouts go to a bank account, or in USDT or USDC to a wallet the creator controls.
  Crypto payouts are reviewed and sent manually within the same 2–10 business days.

## For fans — how what you pay is determined

A fan adds credit to a Paycall wallet and spends it on a creator's listed offers.
Paycall does not add a buyer fee on top of the creator's price.

A listed price does not mean the creator is available at that moment, and it is not a
promise of a reply. The only offer with a response guarantee is GRS.

## Guaranteed Response (GRS)

GRS is an optional add-on to a paid message with a 72-hour response window. If the
window expires without a response, the eligible message amount is released back to the
fan's Paycall wallet; the guarantee fee itself is not refunded. If a GRS credit was
used, that credit is restored. Ordinary paid messages carry no such guarantee.

- Only stablecoins are accepted. Bitcoin, Ether and other volatile coins are not,
  because the credited dollar amount would depend on how long confirmation took.
- Below $25, a card is the better option: network fees and confirmation time make small
  crypto payments uneconomical.
- Crypto is not available inside the iOS and Android apps.
- Refunds of unused balance are credited to the Paycall balance, not sent on-chain back
  to the payer's wallet.
