Paycall.me lets creators set a price for personal messages from their existing fans. Ordinary paid messages and the optional Guaranteed Response service are different offers. Make the response conditions clear before inviting fans to pay.

What does a fan pay for?

A fan signs in to Paycall, adds wallet credit and chooses an available messaging option on the creator profile. The current price is shown before purchase. Creators can offer messages alongside private calls and subscriptions.

How the 72-hour Guaranteed Response works

No. Guaranteed Response is a separate message option with a 72-hour response window. If it expires without a response, the eligible message amount is released back to the fan's Paycall wallet; the guarantee fee is not refunded. If a GRS credit was used, that credit is restored. Ordinary paid messages do not include this guarantee.

The response window is part of the GRS option. Do not advertise every paid DM as a guaranteed reply or promise that all fees are refunded. Read the refund policy before using this offer.

Build a message offer you can deliver

Set a clear message price and explain the kind of conversation fans can expect. Keep personal boundaries visible. If fans want a longer real-time conversation, point them to your private call or scheduled VIP Room instead.

Keep your existing content platforms. Share your Paycall link through channels that permit it and explain that Paycall payments are separate.

What does Paycall cost?

Joining is free, with no monthly platform fee. Paycall charges 12% on creator earnings. You keep 88% after that fee, before taxes, refunds and any other applicable deductions. Verification, pending earnings and withdrawal processing conditions apply.
