1. Contract Partner and Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and PayCall, Inc., 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States ("PayCall", "we", "us", or "our"). They govern your access to and use of the PayCall platform ("Website", "Platform", "Services").

By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

2. Platform Description

PayCall is a platform that enables creators to monetize their content and services through:

  • Paid voice calls: Real-time audio communication
  • Paid video calls: Real-time video communication via WebRTC
  • Paid direct messages: Private messaging with followers
  • Paid posts: Premium content for subscribers
  • Subscriptions: Recurring monthly access to creator content and services
  • Credit packages: Bundled voice/video call minutes sold by creators
  • Tips and donations: Direct support from fans

2.1 Technical Infrastructure & Server Locations

Our platform operates using the following infrastructure:

  • Backend Servers: Hosted on Contabo cloud servers located in the United States (USA)
  • WebRTC Servers: Self-hosted LiveKit servers on Contabo (USA) plus LiveKit Cloud (USA) for additional capacity
  • Payment Processing: Stripe (card payments and creator payouts) and NowPayments (cryptocurrency deposits, website only). In-app purchases are billed by the app store.

2.2 WebRTC Communication & Metadata

During real-time audio and video calls via WebRTC, the following technical metadata is processed:

  • IP Addresses: To establish connections between participants
  • Device Information: Device type, browser, operating system
  • Connection Quality: Latency, bandwidth, packet loss rates
  • Session IDs: Unique identifiers for WebRTC sessions

✅ Important: We do not record or store audio and video content. Data transmission may occur directly between users (peer-to-peer) and/or be relayed via our LiveKit infrastructure for connectivity. We do not intentionally monitor the content of your conversations.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Be at least 18 years old (age restriction)
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Minimum Age (18+): You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension. Paycall is a professional communication and monetization platform — not an adult content platform.

4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content

You may not use our Services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Publish, share, sell, or solicit adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene content of any kind
  • Offer or promote escort services, adult entertainment, or any sexually oriented services
  • Create or share harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use our Platform for illegal activities or fraud
  • Share content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
  • Upload user-generated content (UGC) that violates our Community Guidelines

4.1 No Adult Content Policy

Paycall strictly prohibits adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, and obscene content. We do not permit NSFW content, nudity intended for sexual gratification, or services of a sexual nature. Violations may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban, and may be reported to authorities where required by law.

4.2 Content Moderation

Users can report inappropriate content or behavior. We provide features to block and report users. For violations of these Terms, we may remove content, suspend accounts, or take other appropriate measures.

5. Monetization and Payments

Our platform enables creators to monetize their content through various methods as described above.

5.1 Payment Processing (Stripe and NowPayments)

All payments are processed securely through our external payment service providers:

  • Stripe: Credit and debit card deposits on the website, and creator payouts through Stripe Connect
  • NowPayments: Cryptocurrency deposits in USDT or USDC. Available on the website only
  • App stores: Purchases made inside the iOS or Android app are billed by Apple or Google

PayCall operates as a marketplace platform and is not a payment service provider. Card data is processed and stored by Stripe, never by us. Cryptocurrency payments are processed by NowPayments; we never take custody of your wallet or its private keys. We do not offer PayPal.

5.2 Fees and Payouts

We charge a standard platform fee of 12% directly on your earnings. If you have an individual written agreement with Paycall, the rate set in that agreement applies instead and is shown in your dashboard. The fee is automatically deducted when you earn money, and the net amount is held for 21 days before becoming available in your wallet. No additional platform fee applies at withdrawal. You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your earnings.

For detailed information about wallet balances, deposits, withdrawals, and refund policies, please refer to Section 11 (Wallet, Deposits, Withdrawals & Refunds) below.

5.3 Subscriptions & Credit Packages

Creators may offer subscriptions and credit packages to their followers:

Subscriptions:

  • Recurring Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled
  • Benefits: May include access to paid messages, calls, exclusive content, and other creator-defined perks
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Refunds: You can cancel at any time. Time already provided is not refunded. If the subscription was not delivered, we will refund it. See the Refund Policy.
  • Price Changes: Creators may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. You will be notified and may cancel before the new price takes effect

Credit Packages:

  • Pre-paid Minutes: Creators may sell bundled packages of voice/video call minutes at discounted rates
  • Creator-Specific: Credit packages purchased from a creator can only be used with that specific creator
  • Expiration: Credit packages may have expiration dates as specified by the creator at time of purchase
  • Refunds: Unused package credit can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Credit already used is not refunded and cannot be transferred. See the Refund Policy.
  • Usage: Credits are automatically applied when you call the creator, deducted per second based on the creator's call rate

⚠️ Important: Subscriptions and credit packages are transactions between you and the creator. PayCall acts as a marketplace platform facilitating these transactions. Creators are responsible for delivering the promised services and benefits. Any disputes should be resolved directly with the creator, though we may assist at our discretion.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information and comply with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

6.1 Data Transfers to the USA

Our servers are located in the United States (Contabo, US-East). The USA is considered a third country under data protection law. To ensure an adequate level of protection, we have entered into Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR with our service providers.

By using our Services, you consent to this data transfer. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, although this may limit the provision of our Services.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain ownership of all content you create and share on our Platform. By using our Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content as necessary to provide our Services.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you share, including music, images, and other copyrighted materials.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed by users on our Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.

Intermediary Role: PayCall acts as an intermediary between creators and users. We are not a party to agreements between users and creators and assume no responsibility for the quality, legality, or outcome of creator services.

9. Termination and Suspension

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will cease immediately, but certain provisions of these Terms will remain in effect (e.g., disclaimer, privacy, intellectual property).

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our Platform. Your continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using our Services.

11. Wallet, Deposits, Withdrawals & Refunds

Paycall.me provides a wallet balance feature for creators and supporters in USD. Website payments and creator payouts are processed by Stripe. We are not a bank. We maintain internal ledger records to display wallet credits and earnings status. Paycall.me operates as a marketplace platform, not as a payment service provider or e-money institution.

11.1 Wallet Balance Structure

Your wallet balance consists of two components:

  • Deposited Credits: Funds you add to your wallet for purchasing platform services (calls, messages, content, tips, donations, and similar). These credits cannot be withdrawn. Unused balance can be refunded within 7 days under our Refund Policy. Credit already spent on a delivered service is not refunded.
  • Earned Balance: Money you earn through providing services on the platform, including:
    • Call earnings (video/voice calls)
    • Tips and donations received
    • Chat message earnings
    • Channel content earnings
    • Subscription earnings
    • Premium content sales
    • Referral rewards

11.2 Deposits (Wallet Top-Ups)

  • Purpose: Deposits are credits for purchasing services on the platform. They are not a cash balance you can withdraw.
  • Scope: "Deposits" include wallet top-ups. Subscriptions and credit packages follow the Refund Policy as well.
  • Refunds: Unused wallet balance can be refunded within 7 calendar days of the deposit, even if part of that deposit was spent. After 7 days we do not offer a voluntary refund of unused balance. Credit spent on a delivered service is not refunded. We still refund technical errors, duplicates, unauthorized charges, and services that were not delivered, and we do not limit rights the law requires. See the Refund Policy.
  • Non-Transferable: Deposited credits cannot be transferred to other users or external accounts.
  • Usage: Credits can be used immediately for any platform services including calls, messages, tips, donations, and premium content purchases.

11.2a Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

To prevent fraud, chargebacks, and money laundering, we implement progressive transaction limits based on account age and verification status:

Deposit Limits:

  • Tier 0 - New Accounts (0-24 hours): Maximum $20 per deposit, 1 deposit per day, $20 daily total, email verification required
  • Tier 1 - Basic Accounts (1-7 days): Maximum $50 per deposit, 2 deposits per day, up to $100 daily total
  • Tier 2 - Standard Accounts (7-30 days): Maximum $100 per deposit, 3 deposits per day, up to $200 daily total
  • Tier 3 - Trusted Accounts (30+ days): Maximum $200 per deposit, 5 deposits per day, up to $500 daily total

Withdrawal Limits:

  • Tier 0 - New Accounts (0-14 days): Withdrawals not permitted (14-day waiting period for security and fraud prevention)
  • Tier 1 - Basic Accounts (14-30 days): Maximum $100 per withdrawal, 1 withdrawal per day, $100 daily total, 24-hour cooldown between withdrawals
  • Tier 2 - Standard Accounts (30-60 days): Maximum $200 per withdrawal, 2 withdrawals per day, $400 daily total, 12-hour cooldown between withdrawals
  • Tier 3 - Trusted Accounts (60+ days): Maximum $500 per withdrawal, 3 withdrawals per day, $1,000 daily total, 6-hour cooldown between withdrawals

Additional Security Measures:

  • Email Verification: Required for all deposits and withdrawals, regardless of account age
  • Cooldown Periods: Mandatory waiting periods between transactions to prevent unauthorized access (60 seconds between deposits, tier-based for withdrawals)
  • Failed Attempt Protection: Multiple failed transaction attempts (3 or more) may result in temporary account restrictions (typically 24 hours)
  • Progressive Trust System: Limits automatically increase as your account ages and builds trust
  • Identity verification: Only creators who have completed identity verification can withdraw. That check is part of Stripe Connect. We do not run a separate identity request on the withdrawal page.
  • Backend Validation: All deposit and withdrawal limits are enforced at the backend level and cannot be bypassed through frontend manipulation or API calls
  • Right to Adjust: We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time for security, compliance, or fraud prevention purposes

Note: Deposit and withdrawal limits apply per account. A second deposit does not reset the daily limit.

11.3 Withdrawals (Earned Money Only)

  • Earned Balance Withdrawals: You may only withdraw money you have earnedthrough providing services on the platform. Deposited credits cannot be withdrawn under any circumstances.
  • ⏳ 21-Day Holding Period (Fraud Prevention): All earnings (tips, donations, call earnings, subscription payments, credit package sales, paid messages, and guaranteed response payments) are subject to a 21-day holding period before becoming available for withdrawal. During this period, earnings remain in a "pending" state and cannot be withdrawn. This security measure helps prevent fraud, chargebacks, and unauthorized transactions. Earnings are automatically released to your available balance after 21 days. The holding period begins from the moment the earning is received.

Crypto exception: the holding period exists because a card payment can be charged back weeks later and the funds must still be reachable. A cryptocurrency payment cannot be reversed, so an earning funded entirely by cryptocurrency deposits is released without the 21-day wait, provided our fraud and compliance checks raise no flags. If any check raises a flag, the normal holding period applies.
  • Eligibility: To withdraw earnings, you must:
    • Be a creator who has completed identity verification
    • Complete Stripe Connect onboarding for bank payouts, or provide a cryptocurrency payout address (USDT or USDC) if you choose that method
    • Have an account that is at least 14 days old
    • Comply with applicable tax and legal requirements
    • Have a minimum withdrawable balance of $20.00
  • Processing Time: After approval, Stripe typically pays out in 1–2 business days. Withdrawals can be reviewed before they are sent.
  • Daily Limits: Daily withdrawal limits follow the tiers in section 11.2a.
  • Fees: Platform fees (typically 12%) are already deducted from your earnings before they become available in your wallet. No additional platform fee applies at withdrawal.
  • User Responsibility for Payment Details: You are solely responsible for the bank account connected in Stripe. We are not responsible for failed withdrawals, lost funds, or delays caused by:
    • Incorrect bank account details in Stripe
    • An incorrect cryptocurrency address, or a correct address on the wrong network. Every EVM network shares the same address format, so a valid address on the wrong chain cannot be detected by any validation and the funds are normally unrecoverable
    • Closed, frozen, or restricted Stripe or bank accounts
    • Payment processor rejections or holds
    • Currency conversion issues
    • Tax withholdings by payment processors or banks
Once a withdrawal is submitted, you acknowledge that you have verified all payment details and accept full responsibility for any errors. We cannot reverse or recover funds sent to incorrect accounts.

Incorrect payment details: If the bank account in Stripe is wrong, funds may not be recoverable. We may try to help, but we do not guarantee recovery. By submitting a withdrawal you confirm that the connected Stripe account is correct.

⚠️ Important: This withdrawal policy ensures we operate as a marketplace platform rather than a payment service provider, allowing us to offer services without requiring banking licenses. This is standard practice for platforms like Uber, Fiverr, and similar marketplaces.

11.4 Chargebacks, Disputes & Risk Management

  • Chargebacks: If a chargeback or payment dispute occurs, we may deduct the disputed amount from earned balance or future payouts while it is reviewed. Contact us before you ask your bank to reverse a payment. We do not add a separate platform penalty fee for opening a dispute.
  • Dispute Resolution: We may hold funds during dispute investigation. Creators are responsible for providing evidence of service delivery when disputes arise.
  • Risk Holds: We reserve the right to place temporary holds on withdrawals for risk management, fraud prevention, or legal compliance purposes. Holds typically last 14-30 days.
  • Prohibitions: Wallet balances may not be sold, bartered, transferred to third parties, or used for illegal purposes. Violation may result in account termination and forfeiture of balance.

11.5 Dormant Accounts & Unclaimed Funds

If your account remains inactive (no login or transaction) for 12 consecutive months and you have an earned balance exceeding $25, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you via email. After 24 months of inactivity, unclaimed earned balances may be escheated to the appropriate jurisdiction as required by unclaimed property laws. Deposited credits do not expire but remain available for platform services.

11.6 Tax Reporting & Compliance

⚠️ Tax Responsibility: You are SOLELY AND EXCLUSIVELY RESPONSIBLE for all taxes related to your earnings. Paycall.me is NOT your employer and does NOT withhold taxes. You must consult a tax professional and comply with all tax laws in your jurisdiction.

  • Independent Contractor: You are an independent contractor, not an employee. You are responsible for all tax filings, estimated tax payments, and compliance.
  • U.S. Creators: Tax forms (including 1099-K) may be issued as required by law. Reporting thresholds vary and may change; state requirements may differ from federal thresholds. You must provide a W-9 form before withdrawing earnings.
  • International Creators: You are responsible for VAT/GST and all local tax compliance. You may need to provide W-8BEN or equivalent documentation.
  • No Tax Advice: Paycall.me does NOT provide tax advice. Consult a qualified tax professional in your jurisdiction.
  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify Paycall.me from any claims, penalties, or costs arising from your failure to comply with tax laws.

Legal Compliance: Nothing in this section limits statutory consumer rights or obligations imposed by payment providers, card network rules (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), sanctions/AML laws, or state money transmission and unclaimed property laws. Stripe conducts identity and compliance checks required for card payments and payouts.

11.7 Sanctions, Restricted Persons & Compliance

You may not use our Services if you are located in, or a resident of, any country or jurisdiction subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions (including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine), or if you appear on any U.S. or international sanctions list (OFAC SDN, EU sanctions, etc.).

We reserve the right to suspend, freeze, or terminate your account and withhold funds if required for compliance with applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, payment processor policies, or if we detect fraudulent, suspicious, or illegal activity.

11.8 Security Review & Matured Funds

Earned funds are not available for withdrawal immediately. The standard holding period is 21 daysfrom the moment the earning is received, as described in section 11.3. During that time the amount stays pending. We may extend the hold if there is a dispute, a chargeback, or a compliance concern.

11.9 Right to Block, Cancel, or Reverse Transactions

We reserve the right to block, cancel, or reverse any deposit, transaction, or payout if:

  • We suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
  • Required by law, court order, or regulatory authority
  • Stripe or NowPayments flags or rejects the transaction
  • The transaction violates these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
  • Security or compliance concerns arise
  • Chargeback or dispute is filed

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you, but we are not obligated to provide advance notice if doing so would compromise security, violate legal obligations, or enable fraudulent activity.

11.10 Stripe Connect Onboarding

To receive payouts to a bank account you must complete Stripe Connect. A cryptocurrency payout (see section 11.12) is the alternative and does not require Stripe onboarding. Stripe’s onboarding includes identity verification and business information. Only creators who finish that verification can withdraw. When asked for a "business website," you may provide your PayCall profile URL (for example, paycall.me/yourname) or a link to a social profile where you promote your services. Stripe accepts this for individual and sole proprietor accounts.

11.11 Fraud Prevention, Account Freezing & Fund Recovery (Clawback)

🚨 IMPORTANT: We take fraud extremely seriously. Any attempt to defraud PayCall, our users, or our payment partners will result in immediate action including account termination, fund recovery, and potential legal prosecution.

Account Freezing & Fund Holds

We reserve the right to immediately freeze your account and hold all funds (both deposited credits and earned balance) without prior notice if any of the following occurs:

  • Fraudulent deposits: Use of stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment methods
  • Chargeback abuse: Filing chargebacks for legitimate transactions or services received
  • Money laundering indicators: Unusual transaction patterns suggesting money laundering
  • Identity fraud: Use of false identity documents or misrepresentation
  • Payment processor flags: Stripe or an app store flags your account
  • Multiple account fraud: Operating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or bans
  • Collusion: Coordinated fraud with other users (fake transactions, wash trading)
  • Terms violations: Any serious violation of these Terms of Service
  • Legal requirements: Court orders, subpoenas, or regulatory investigations

Fund Recovery (Clawback Rights)

If fraud is detected or a chargeback is filed against funds you have received or spent, we have the right to recover those funds through the following methods:

  • Balance deduction: Deduct the disputed amount from your current wallet balance (both deposited credits and earned balance)
  • Negative balance: If your balance is insufficient, your account will show a negative balance which must be repaid before any future withdrawals are permitted
  • Future earning offset: Automatically deduct from any future earnings until the debt is fully recovered
  • Third-party collection: Engage debt collection agencies to recover outstanding amounts
  • Legal action: Pursue civil litigation to recover funds plus legal costs and damages
  • Cross-account recovery: If you have multiple accounts (current or past), we may recover funds from any account under your control

Withdrawal Denial Rights

We reserve the absolute right to deny, delay, or cancel any withdrawal request if:

  • The deposit(s) that funded your account are suspected to be fraudulent
  • There are pending chargebacks or disputes on related transactions
  • Your account is under investigation for any reason
  • You have not completed Stripe Connect identity verification
  • The withdrawal destination appears suspicious or high-risk
  • Required by law, court order, or regulatory authority
  • Your account has a negative balance or outstanding debt

Balance Forfeiture

Your entire account balance (deposited credits and earned balance) may be permanently forfeited if:

  • You are found to have engaged in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities
  • Your account is terminated for serious Terms violations
  • The funds originated from fraudulent or unauthorized payment methods
  • Recovery of funds is not possible due to your actions (e.g., withdrawn before fraud detected)
  • Required by law enforcement, court order, or regulatory authority

📋 Documentation: We maintain detailed records of all transactions, IP addresses, device fingerprints, and user behavior. In cases of fraud, we will cooperate fully with law enforcement and provide all evidence necessary for prosecution. We also report fraud to industry databases and payment processor networks, which may affect your ability to use other platforms.

11.12 Cryptocurrency Deposits and Payouts

Cryptocurrency is an optional second payment method alongside cards. It is processed by NowPayments. We do not hold, exchange or transmit cryptocurrency on your behalf beyond crediting and paying out the US dollar value recorded in your wallet ledger, and we never take custody of your wallet or its private keys.

  • Accepted assets: USDT and USDC only, on the Tron (TRC-20), Polygon, BNB Smart Chain, Solana and Ethereum (ERC-20) networks. Other cryptocurrencies are not accepted. Volatile assets are excluded because the credited dollar amount would otherwise depend on how long network confirmation took.
  • Website only: Cryptocurrency deposits are not available inside the iOS or Android applications. App store rules require digital goods purchased in an application to use the platform operator's own in-app purchase system.
  • Minimum deposit: A minimum applies to cryptocurrency deposits, shown before you confirm, because network fees and confirmation times make smaller amounts uneconomical. Card deposits have a lower minimum.
  • Crediting: Your balance is credited from the confirmed on-chain payment, not from the page you are returned to. We credit the US dollar amount shown on the invoice you accepted.
  • Underpayment and overpayment: If the amount received is less than the invoiced amount, the payment is not credited automatically; it is held for manual review and we will contact you to resolve it. We may deduct unavoidable costs from a resolution. An amount above the invoice is credited as the invoiced amount.
  • Wrong network or wrong address: Funds sent on a network other than the one shown on the invoice, or to any address other than the one shown, are normally unrecoverable. We are not able to recover them and are not liable for them.
  • No chargeback, and no buyer dispute rights: A cryptocurrency payment is final. It cannot be charged back, which also means it carries none of the dispute rights a card network provides. If you want those rights, pay by card.
  • Refunds are credits, not on-chain returns: Where a refund is due under our Refund Policy, it is issued as a credit to your PayCall balance. We do not send cryptocurrency back to your wallet.
  • Payouts: Creators may request a payout in USDT or USDC to an address they control. Cryptocurrency payouts are reviewed and sent by our team rather than automatically. You are responsible for the address and network you provide, and for any memo or tag your receiving service requires; we cannot send a memo or tag. Processing times are published on the Pricing page.
  • Compliance: Cryptocurrency transactions are subject to the same sanctions, anti-money-laundering and fraud checks as every other payment method, and to the limits in section 11.2a. We may decline, delay or reverse a cryptocurrency transaction on the same grounds set out in section 11.9.
  • Blockchain data is public and permanent: A transaction on a public blockchain, including the addresses involved, is visible to anyone and cannot be deleted or altered by us or by you.
  • Taxes: You are solely responsible for any tax consequences of receiving or spending cryptocurrency, including any gain or loss between receipt and disposal.

12. Third‑Party Creator Services (Marketplace) & Liability

Paycall.me enables creators to offer services (e.g., calls, chat, content). Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, PayCall is not a party to agreements between users and creatorsand does not control, endorse, or guarantee the quality, timing, legality, or outcome of any creator service. Payments facilitate access and communication, but performance of the service is the creator's sole responsibility.

  • No platform liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for acts, omissions, or services of creators or other users.
  • Disputes: Disagreements between users and creators should be resolved between those parties. We may (but are not obligated to) assist at our discretion.
  • Refunds: Wallet refunds follow the Refund Policyand section 11. Unused balance can be refunded within 7 days. Credit spent on a delivered service is not refunded. We still refund services that were not delivered, duplicates, and unauthorized charges.
  • Compliance: Users and creators are solely responsible for complying with laws and regulations that apply to their services (e.g., licensing, consumer law, tax).

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

For consumers in certain jurisdictions, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country or state of residence may also apply. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
