A workout posted for everyone is not a plan for one person. Fitness and health creators use Paycall when the next step depends on seeing the client: a lift, a week of food, a question about recovery that a comment section will answer badly.

This is coaching and conversation. It is not medical care, diagnosis or therapy, and a Paycall page should not present it as any of those.

Where a check-in actually helps

  • Fitness & Training

Form checks, program questions and accountability between the sessions you already program.

  • Nutrition

What to eat around the training you wrote, answered for one person rather than as a meal-plan PDF for everyone.

  • Mental Health

Habits, stress and the week someone is actually having. A conversation, not a clinical service.

  • Sleep & Recovery

Why the program stalled: sleep, soreness, and what to change before the next block.

  • Holistic & Energy Work

Practices that sit outside a standard gym plan, sold as a session with a named person.

How trainers charge without a new app

  • A form-check video call, billed per minute, when a text cannot show the lift.
  • A paid message for the mid-week “can I swap this meal” question.
  • A booked session at a fixed time for clients who want it on the calendar, paid before it happens.

Fitness & Health — common questions

Is this a telehealth product?

No. Creators sell their time and their coaching. Paycall does not provide medical advice, and your page should not claim to diagnose or treat anyone.

Can I keep my existing clients?

Yes. Send them your link. Paycall does not replace them with strangers, and it does not rank you in a marketplace.

What if a booked session does not happen?

The payment is held until the session takes place. If it does not, the buyer is refunded.
